Merchant Responsibilities

– Customer Support: Merchants must provide timely and effective support to resolve any issues related to their products or services.
Important Considerations for E-Gift Cards
– One-Time Redemption: Each E-Gift Card is designed for a one-time use only.
– No Cash Withdrawals: E-Gift Cards cannot be used to withdraw cash. They are intended for purchasing goods and services.
– Balance and Denominations: If an E-Gift Card’s face value is less than the transaction amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded. If it exceeds, you may pay the difference.
– Summing Denominations: You may combine the values of multiple E-Gift Cards for purchases from the same brand.
– Security: Protect your E-Gift Cards as you would cash. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen cards.
Purchase and Payment
– Process: Add the desired E-Gift Card to your cart and proceed with payment.
– Payment Methods: We accept payments in tenge, US dollars, GBP, EUR, RUB, AUD through secure transactions via Mastercard and Visa.
– Email Delivery: You will receive an email with the E-Gift Card code after payment within 24 hours, serving as proof of purchase.
Gift Card Usage
– Redemption: Use the E-Gift Card by entering the unique code at the associated retailer’s website or app. Account creation may be required.
– Validity: Check the expiration date on the retailer’s website or in the email received.
Refunds and Cancellations
– Refund Policy: Faulty E-Gift Cards may be refunded if unused and reported within 14 days of receipt. Provide evidence of the fault to our support team for review.
– Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
